Tivimate Thumbnails Issue

(@hone25)

My Tivimate IPTV was working fine, but one day, most movie thumbnails changed. Some look normal, but others are stretched and faded.

My provider can’t help. I use a Nvidia Stream Box Pro, connected by cable to my router. I also have VPN.

I tried resetting the box and reinstalling Tivimate. I turned off VPN, but the issue is still there.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried opening your playlist in another player to compare?

No, I haven’t. I don’t have another player. I’m thinking of buying a new playlist. Can anyone recommend one? If possible, a free one.

Try the free version of OTT Navigator. It might help with the thumbnail issue.

It’s a good idea to test another app.

If the problem isn’t the app, you might search a new provider.

It’s not a problem with your Tivimate or your device. I have the same issue and it was solved when my provider sent m3u from a different server.

I tried a different player and encountered the same issue.

But TiviMate doesn't have problems. This topic has become complicated.

I will contact my provider and ask them to provide a playlist from a different server. If that's not possible, I'll try different players and see if any of them work properly.

The thumbnails come from your provider, so...
