The channel that was working 24 hours ago is now gone. When I select the channel name, RTL appears instead. The funny thing is that it's not even a German channel!

I have a similar problem. Contact your IPTV provider immediately. The problem will be resolved within 24 hours.
In my case, since a solution couldn't be found immediately, they sent me a playlist from a another server. The playlist from the new server worked fine. My original playlist was back to normal within a day.
Once, several channels disappeared at the same time. Changing the country in the VPN solved the problem.
