i'm getting a PLAYBACK ERROR on Smarters. It tries 5 times, but nothing works. The strange thing is that I don't encounter this problem when I try on a different device. It's the same internet connection.

i have the same problem every 2-3 months. clean storage and cache and restart the app.

Clear Cache, and then Clear Data, right?
