After so many attempts, the application should have locked up. Anyway you probably changed it before. Ask your spouse, maybe he/she knows. If no one knows, delete the app and reinstall it.

You can ask your IPTV provider to remove content that you do not want your children to access. This will give you time to find the parental code.
