i have two subs with the same provider. one connection works fine, but the other has not been working for two days.

Can you try changing devices? If the one that works continues to work and the other one still doesn't, contact your provider; the problem is probably with them.

i opened my email account, it turns out they sent an email two days ago saying that the sub would no longer work and added my new link. 😴
