Hi there!

I have bought a new subscription. It's my first. I set up everything, but there is nothing but black screen.

I have send my playlist link to my friend. He said "It works!"

What can i do?

My friend uses IBO or IBO PRO.

Do you think the app is causing problems?

There could be many reasons. I asked to start somewhere.

If your friend uses IBO PLAYER, install it. I guess the PRO one doesn't have a free trial. IBO PLAYER has a 7-day trial version.

Send your MAC address and device key to your provider or friend. They will handle it.

 🤣 Of course not, call your provider. They will give you solutions. Maybe your old app was not up to date.
