It's been like this for about three days. There are no problems during the day, but after 18:00, the screen freezes. A blue circle keeps spinning on the screen.
I was using Tivimate, then switched to Ibo Player, but I'm having the same problem.

Your problem is probably caused by your internet connection. Your ISP may not be able to handle heavy traffic or may be restricting streaming traffic in the evenings.
Here are a few solutions I can suggest:
1) If you are connected via Wi-Fi, try connecting to the internet using an Ethernet cable.
2) You can start using a VPN.
3) You can change your ISP.
Even if you change your ISP, I recommend using an Ethernet cable and a VPN.
I had a similar problem. I didn't change my WiFi connection, but I started using a VPN.
I thought the VPN would slow down my connection, but the opposite happened. Sometimes there are lags, so I change countries.
I may need to change the country in the VPN once or twice a month. So far, the longest I've stayed in the same country is four months.
Long story short, the VPN isn't perfect, but it prevents major issues.
