I'm trying to switch from Firestick to MAG, but the playlist that works fine on Firestick doesn't work on MAG (MAG 322). Do I need to contact the provider?

You need to send the MAC address of your MAG to your provider. If your MAG address is not registered, the playlist will not work.

They sent me the Xtream Code earlier. I also sent them the MAC address so they could upload the playlist.

Yes, they will set up your account for MAG and assign it to the MAC address you sent.
Then you will add ‘/c’ to the end of your Xtream link and log in.
They will send you a new link,anyway.
