Buffering

Hello,

Recently, especially when watching football matches, I have been experiencing buffering issues every 10 minutes. I checked my internet speed and unplugged and reconnected all the cables. However, I haven't been able to find a solution.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I guess your ISP is throttling your connection, which can sometimes cause buffering issues, especially during high-traffic periods. Are you using a VPN? If so, you might want to try switching to a different server location, preferably in another country, to see if that helps.

Your internet speed might be unstable, going up and down a lot.

The best way to fix this is to use a VPN.

I tried using a VPN, but it slowed everything down too much. I don’t think it will help.

I also tested my friend's playlist from the same provider on a different server, it worked without issues. I think I should call the provider and ask for a server change.

The problem is, I suspect my connection is being throttled, but I have no way to prove it.

Good VPNs only slow your speed a little and help avoid throttling. You could try different VPN services.

Call your supplier, your issue is probably with them.
