🔧 Basic Checks (Do These FIRST!)

Check Your M3U/Portal in VLC – If it works there, the issue is likely your app or device.

Try Another IPTV App – (TiviMate, Smarters, Kodi, etc.) to rule out app-specific bugs.

Test Internet Stability – Run a speed test while streaming. If YouTube/Netflix works fine, the problem isn’t your connection.

Contact Your Reseller – They control your sub! Give them 24-48 hours to respond before posting here.
