they sent me an m3u link from a different server because my playlist was having issues. the new playlist is working fine, but after i reached out, my original playlist started working again as well.

would it be okay for me to continue using the first one?

A friend sent me a link to the 2-day subscription a month ago. For the past month, I’ve been getting a 2-day test with that link every weekend. Until I checked the site, I thought they only offered a 2-day service. Otherwise, I would have used the money I spent on weekend tests for a full one-month subscription.

Thankfully, I realized the truth quickly! 🤣 I’ve now signed up for an annual subscription—so I’ve made up for the loss. 🤓 

First I got a 24 hour free trial. Then I bought the 48 hour service, then I got a 1 month sub and now I got a 3 month sub.

I hope they keep the price low if they offer a lifetime subscription. LOL

I first bought a 1 year multi subscription. My brother recommended it. He had subscribed before me, so we waited for his subscription to expire before I signed up.

Whenever I reach out about an issue, they check a few things, and if the problem persists, they bombard me with links—alternative playlists, different servers, and so on. My brother is very happy with this, but I'm not used to it. So, from now on, if I run into a problem, I'll post on this forum first. Usually, things get resolved when I follow their instructions, but I often forget to provide feedback.

@stefan Posting on the forum when you encounter a problem is a good idea. But be sure to inform us as well, there may be an issue that only we can resolve. The solution to your problem could also be helpful for other subscribers. So, when you report an issue, you're not bothering us.

I'm a student, so I have to manage my budget carefully. I’ve done a few short-term trials and was generally satisfied. But now I’m debating whether to go for a longer plan. Would a 6-month or yearly subscription be a better deal?

Annual subscription is 80€, if I buy Multi (includes 2 subscriptions) one subscription is 70€. I want to buy three. Can you make three subscriptions 210€?

I requested the addition of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' to the playlist. You mentioned that you would forward it to the admin. When can I expect it to be added?

Yes, I subscribe to 8K-Germany. It is available in English, but not in German.

My playlist includes that series in English, German and even French.
