Fifteen minutes after I sent the above message, they reached me via PM. Two people, one minute apart. I must say they are fast.
For those who have such questions, let me explain what I learned.
They have a 24-hour control system, but their most active hours are between 18:00-22:00. We can connect to live support during these hours. Outside of these hours, we can reach them via e-mail. (They also added that these hours may change)
Messages sent outside of the above hours go directly to technical service. Even if they provide a solution, they do not respond, only customer service deals with communication with customers.
In short, your problem will be answered within 20 hours at most.
