I click on the links in the list. Some of them don't even have paypal payments. Some are almost free. Is that a scam?

If an IPTV service is very cheap and offers long-term subscriptions, it can be a scam.

it may not be a scam (of course it could be), but it's definitely an advertising listing. maybe both!

I never looked at those lists and said, "So these are the best."
The only thing that came to my mind was, "Stay away from these."
