5 years - I changed 3 providers. But I've been with the same provider for 4 years.

I've been with the same provider for 2 years, before that I was with another provider for 2 years. Before that, I was with my current provider for 6 months 🙂
I lived in a different country for 2 years, that's why I changed.

4 years. I'm not sure how many. For the first 2 years, I paid monthly and went to whichever one was cheaper..

I have been subscribed to the same provider for 6 months. I purchased another 6-month subscription the other day.
